Billie is a Closed Lace Topper, these are the softest flattest toppers in our range with the most beautiful hairline, perfect if blending is your main concern.
She is a stunning natural brown with soft highlights, is 18 inches long with an 8" x 8" or 15cm x 15cm cap and is a 130% or medium density.

Making a cap selection can seem daunting, especially if you are purchasing online. The best way to make a selection and how we would select a cap size for you in the studio would be by taking a few measurements.
Caps for toppers are listed in Inches, we have converted those standard measurements to cm to make it a little easier if you are measuring you head yourself at home. The bold sizes are the most popular, however just because they are popular doesn't make them right for everyone. The degree of loss, areas of concern as well as head size all play a part.
How To Measure For A Topper

To measure your head you will need a measuring tape and if you want to get really technical a piece of paper and some scissors.
Firstly you will want to measure from about 1cm off your front hairline if you are going to wear your Topper slightly back, which in most cases looks the most natural or if you are planning on wearing it forward measure from your front hairline, take the tape back to where you would like the topper to cover, for example over your crown if this is a problem area.
The second measurement you will need to take is across your head keeping on mind your problem areas. Once you have your two measurements you can draw it on a piece of paper, cut it out and use it as a template to see exactly where the cap will sit for you.

Measuring For A Wig

Below is our sizing chart, we recommend measuring twice prior to ordering just to be sure you order the correct size.

Before you begin, you will need a soft measuring tape, a mirror, a pen, and paper. Having these tools handy will streamline the measuring process. For the most accurate measurements, ensure your hair is flat against your scalp. You can either pin your hair down or wear a wig cap to keep it in place.
Measure Your Head Circumference
Start by measuring your head's circumference. Position the measuring tape around your hairline, starting at the center of your forehead, and go around your head, ensuring the tape is snug but not too tight.
Measure Front to Nape
Next, measure from the center of your hairline, where your forehead meets your hair, all the way to the nape of your neck. This measurement helps determine the length of the wig you'll need.
Measure Ear to Ear
Measure from one ear, over the top of your head, to the opposite ear. Ensure the tape is straight and snug but not overly tight. Note down this measurement.
Shipping
All items are shipped from Melbourne Australia, We aim to process orders within 2 business days, occasionally this can be longer. Please allow up to 5 business days for orders to be shipped. If you need your piece by a certain date please contact us at info@crownhaircouture.com.au to discuss this.
Australian Shipping
All our Wigs and Toppers are shipped with tracking and due to their value via Australia Post with signature on delivery. Once your item is shipped you will recieve the tracking number fro your piece. You have the option to add extra cover on your order at the checkout.
International Shipping
International orders will be Express shipped by courier (DHL) with tracking, these details will be forwarded to you once the piece has been collected by the courier company.
Lost or Damaged Shipment
Crown Hair Couture can take no responsibility or provide reimbursement for packages which are lost, stolen or damaged during shipping.

Please ensure all shipping and contact information is correct. If you realise you have made a mistake please email us as soon as possible at info@crownhaircouture.com.au and we can amend the shipping or contact details from our end.

International
For international shipping taxes and import duties may be applied to deliveries outside of Australia. Recipients are liable for the taxes, import duties & customs fees associated with the delivery country nominated. The amount depends on your local customs and is a percentage of the total amount paid for the item. Please check if you are required to pay any duties or taxes before making purchase. These taxes are not paid to Crown and are non-refundable in case of return/exchange. These taxes are non-refundable in case of return/exchange.
In the case of non-payment of these charges your item will be returned to Crown. Please contact us at info@crownhaircouture.com.au if this occurs.
By law, Crown must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
Crown Hair Couture can take no responsibility or provide reimbursement for packages which are lost, stolen or damaged during shipping. Once it leaves us it is beyond our control. You can select to add insurance at the checkout.
You can take up any shipping issues including delivered but not recieved with Australia Post for shipments within Australia or with DHL for any International shipments.

We Can't Ship To
Please be aware we do not ship to Italy or Spain at this time. This is due to Spanish and Italian governments requiring a fumigation certificate to be included in the parcel as they have strict rules regarding human hair.
Returns
We hope you absolutely love your piece when you receive it,If this is your first piece, we recommend giving yourself some time to get used to your new hair. In the beginning, it can be quite the adjustment having all this extra hair. This is normal for it to feel foreign. A piece of advice we give our clients is initially when you start to wear your piece wear her somewhere you are unlikely to 'bump' into anyone you know and build your confidence. Having the piece professionally cut and shaped can also assist in the piece feeling more like you!
If for whatever reason your piece is the wrong colour, cap size or length you can contact us at info@crownhaircouture.com within 48 hours of receiving your Wig or Topper and we can arrange an exchange as long as your piece has not been worn or altered in any way. If you do need to return your piece to us the tracked, insured shipping costs with signature on delivery are at your expense.
We ask that you return your item within 7 working days of receiving your order along and we can start this process for you. Once the item has been received we will contact you within 2 business days to arrange your exchange or issue your with a Crown Credit Note.
Please choose carefully, and take your time when purchasing your piece. If an item has been purchased in the salon, and worn out of the salon, unfortunately we cannot exchange due to hygiene reasons as the product is deemed to be worn - and cannot be returned for change of mind.
Please be aware if you choose to customise your Topper or Wig it cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason as it has been bespoke coloured to your specifications.
Custom Orders
Faulty Pieces
All our pieces are extensively quality controlled before they are placed on our website for you to purchase, meaning it is very rare for any of our pieces to come back to us due to being faulty. If however you do find your piece has any kind of fault we will most likely need to return it to our supplier for testing to determine the cause. In the very unlikely event it is a manufacturing fault of any kind our supplier will replace the piece for you.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees for items returned to us, the piece however does need to be returned to us in its original condition, un worn and with all original packaging in tact. If your piece does not meet these criteria no exchange or refund can be made. When a new piece is selected however the shipping costs will be passed on to you.
